On Saturday 21st June, Montessori Academy celebrated the grand opening of their new St Marys Childcare and Early Learning Centre at 42 Morris Street, St Marys NSW 2760. Montessori Academy’s second childcare and preschool in St Marys welcomed local families and community leaders for a fun-filled celebration, showcasing the centre’s commitment to quality early education and care.
The grand opening of Montessori Academy’s purpose-built childcare and preschool in St Marys was a vibrant celebration of early learning, drawing over 450 local guests. This exciting event offered families a first-hand look at our state-of-the-art early learning environment, designed to support children from infancy through to preschool.
Guests had the opportunity to explore beautifully prepared Montessori classrooms, where children engaged in hands-on activities including practical life stations, sensory play, and skill-based learning. These Montessori activities are designed to nurture independence, spark curiosity, and support each child’s unique learning journey.
As part of the festivities, families enjoyed fresh pizza baked onsite, interactive animal farm, colourful face painting, gelato, and warm conversations with our passionate educators. The event was a true celebration of community, learning, and fun.
We were honoured to welcome special guests including Councillor Ross Fowler OAM – Penrith City Council Deputy Mayor, Father Charbel Abboud and Father John Daher, whose presence highlighted the importance of quality childcare and preschool options for families in St Marys.
