If you are considering a career in early childhood education or looking for work placement opportunities while you study, then you’re in the right place! Montessori Academy supports new and emerging educators by offering childcare traineeships in Canberra. No experience required.

Trainees receive on-the-job training and mentorship from industry leaders, and get paid while they work towards their Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.

Unlike play-based childcare centres and preschools, Montessori Academy nurtures the uniqueness of each child and provides an early learning experience that prepares them, not only for school, but for life.

In a Montessori classroom, educators serve as a link between the Prepared Environment and the children.
