Montessori Academy’s Gala Awards 2024: Celebrating Excellence in Early Childhood Education

At Montessori Academy, we had the privilege of bringing together our incredible educators and team members for the gala award nights in Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney. These events were a celebration of their excellence, dedication, and innovation in early childhood education and care. It was our way of expressing gratitude and appreciation for their commitment to providing the best of education and care to families and children in their early years. 

Canberra- Intimate and Inspiring 

On 23rd November 2024, the gala was hosted at The Rydges to celebrate the exceptional contributions of our Gungahlin and Queanbeyan teams. The event was an intimate gathering that celebrated the commitment and outstanding achievements of our early childhood educators, preschool teachers, and professionals pursuing careers in childcare. Teams were treated to an engaging saxophone performance that added a lively and celebratory ambiance. The dinner provided a perfect setting for team members to connect, reflect, and celebrate their collective impact in shaping young lives through early childhood education and care. 

Melbourne- A Luxurious Affair 

The Melbourne gala was a luxurious affair, hosted at The Ritz-Carlton on 7^th December 2024. Teams were delighted by a vibrant Gatsby-inspired dance performance and engaged in a fun-filled trivia session that displayed the team’s energy, unity, and enthusiasm towards Montessori Academy. 

Sydney – The Grand Finale 

The Sydney Gala, held on 20th December 2024 at the Highline Venue, marked a beautiful end to the series of celebration. With over 600 guests in attendance, the evening was a spectacular showcase of appreciation and recognition for the incredible contributions of our educators and team members. The night featured a mesmerising Dabke dance performance, adding a rich cultural element to the celebration. Teams indulged in an interactive and roaming cannoli dessert experience, while a 360-degree photobooth captured the excitement and joy of the team members at the event. The awards ceremony honoured the exceptional efforts of our teams, and the evening concluded with dancing, leaving everyone with cherished memories of this grand celebration of excellence in early childhood education.
