About our Belfield Childcare & Preschool
Montessori Academy’s Belfield childcare centre is located at 2 Persic Street, Belfield NSW 2191. We care for children aged six weeks to six years, provide nutritious meals, maintain sun-safe and allergy-aware practices, offer safe drop-off and pick-up parking, and operate long daycare hours from 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. It’s one of our centres in the Canterbury-Bankstown area, delivering trusted childcare in Sydney.
The centre features a modern design that incorporates the original RSL architecture and includes five spacious Montessori classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Each classroom is equipped with carefully chosen educational materials tailored to children’s developmental stages to support effective learning.
Supporting Your Child’s Growth and Curiosity
Step outside the classroom and explore three vibrant outdoor play areas designed to inspire learning through play. The 0-2 space offers gardens, a sandpit, climbing equipment, a mud kitchen, and plenty of room for little ones to move and explore. For ages 2 to 6, children enjoy climbing structures, a bike track, dramatic play corners, cubby houses, and more, all encouraging creativity and active play.
Our dedicated Montessori educators personalise learning by observing each child’s interests and supporting their development with activities suited to their stage. This creates a positive and nurturing environment where children can grow and discover at their own pace.

The much-anticipated event brought together local families, educators and community leaders to mark the opening of this beautiful new early learning centre. More than 400 guests attended the Gregory Hills Childcare Grand Opening, enjoying the centre’s thoughtfully designed Montessori learning environments.
