Clayton Childcare Centre Daily Routines
Daily routines provide a consistent pattern of activities for learning time, meals, rest, and outdoor play. This predictability helps children to feel secure and positively influences their emotional, cognitive, and social development. The daily routine for each age group is adapted to meet children’s needs, support emerging interests, and nurture the development of each child’s personality and intelligence.
View Daily RoutinesClayton Preschool & Early Learning Curriculum
The Montessori Curriculum offers children five key areas of study: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, and Culture. Each learning area is made up of a set of Montessori materials that each teach one key knowledge area or skill. Through repetition and practice, children develop a foundational understanding of each material, and master the core competencies within each curriculum area.
Clayton Montessori Academy Cycle 1 and Kindergarten Programs
The Montessori Cycle 1 Programs deliver a School Readiness and Kindergarten Preparation Program that prepares children with fundamental academic skills to ensure a successful transition to any type of primary school environment.
The Child Care Subsidy is a government payment that reduces families out-of-pocket costs for childcare, including: Centre Based Day Care, Family Day Care or Outside School Hours Care.
Each family’s Child Care Subsidy covers a percentage of the childcare centre’s daily fees. Families pay the gap fee. If you’re new to childcare we recommend that you apply for the claim as soon as possible. For more information, you can visit Services Australia.
