Montessori Academy is proud to announce the development of a brand-new Heidelberg childcare and early learning centre, set to open in late 2026 at 551–553 Waterdale Road, Heidelberg VIC 3081. Purpose-built to deliver high-quality Montessori education, the new Heidelberg West campus will cater to 100 children aged six weeks to six years, offering a nurturing, safe, and inspiring learning environment.
This will be Montessori Academy’s 7th childcare centre in Melbourne, Victoria, expanding our commitment to providing exceptional early learning experiences to more families.
As a leader in early childhood education, Montessori Academy’s newest Melbourne addition will bring our signature blend of Montessori early learning in a long daycare format to the families of Heidelberg and surrounding suburbs. With a focus on child-led learning, our educators will guide children through the five key curriculum areas of Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, and Culture – laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

The new Heidelberg kindergarten will feature beautifully designed indoor learning environments filled with authentic Montessori materials, spacious outdoor play areas, and dedicated spaces for each age group to support developmental milestones. Convenient on-site parking, sun-safe features, and allergy-aware meals ensure families enjoy both comfort and peace of mind.
This new kindergarten in Melbourne’s northeast will offer more than just care – it will provide a pathway for children to develop independence, resilience, and a love of learning. Stay tuned as construction progresses and we get ready to welcome new families to our Montessori Academy community in Heidelberg VIC.
