As Centre Manager at Winston Hills Montessori Academy, I bring more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education and care, having worked as a Room Assistant, Room Leader, and Centre Second-in-Charge before stepping into my current leadership role.
I am passionate about Montessori education and the way it connects children’s learning to everyday life, helping them develop confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. Guided by Maria Montessori’s philosophy, I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported as they explore their interests and reach their full potential.
Together with our dedicated team, I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming community where strong relationships with children and families are at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every child feels a genuine sense of belonging throughout their early learning journey.

Everything your child needs is all included at our Winston Hills childcare centre. From meals and sunscreen to nappies and learning materials, we take care of every detail so you can drop off with complete peace of mind.
Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack are prepared fresh daily onsite. We can cater to most allergies and dietary requirements.
Nappies and wipes are provided for the convenience of families. We follow sun-safe practices, provide sunscreen, and are an allergy-aware service.
Daily reports, photos, weekly curriculum organiser, newsletters, and developmental milestone reports are sent via our family communication app.
Our team of highly qualified and passionate educators provide consistency for children and families, supported by ongoing training and professional development.
