Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Duration: The Confident Care promotional offer is available for new families that enrol to start, or join the waiting list between the mentioned date.
2. Tours: Families are required to tour the centre(s) of interest with their child or children before they can join the Waiting List or enrol. To book a tour, please call 1300 000 162.
3. Supplementary Form: This form is supplementary to the primary Enrolment Form and Waiting List, as well as any terms and conditions outlined in these primary forms.
4. Fees & Bond: Regular fees are payable once your child commences care. The reduced one (1) week bond is calculated as 25% of the bond charge outlined in the primary enrolment form. The bond is refundable at the end of your child’s enrolment and must be paid before your child’s enrolment position can be confirmed.
5. Minimum Enrolment Period: Families must be enrolled for a minimum period of four (4) weeks before they can withdraw with no notice period (up until a certain time frame). Withdrawal requests that occur later than this date are subject to standard notice periods per the primary Enrolment Form.
6. Child Care Subsidy: Under the CCS rules, children must attend on their first and last day of enrolment in order to receive the subsidy for their enrolment period. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure attendance on these days.
7. Other: This promotion is not transferable, or redeemable for cash. Montessori Academy reserves the right to modify or cease the promotion at its absolute discretion.

Montessori Academy is passionate about connecting with families — whether at our centres or when we present at the PBC Expo. To give you the best chance of securing a future enrolment at a Montessori Academy near you, we invite you to join the Early Bird Waitlist for free (normally $50) during the expo weekend(s).

1. I understand that this is a Promotional Waiting List (free of charge, normally $50) and only valid during the PBC Expo.
2. I understand that Montessori Academy is unable to guarantee an enrolment position, preferred attendance schedule, or expected start date prior to an enrolment position becoming available.
3. I understand that an enrolment position cannot be confirmed without the completion of a campus tour.
4. I understand that a minimum of three days attendance, including a Monday or Friday, is required unless otherwise agreed upon enrolment. Pending availability, children under the age of two may commence with two days with the expectation to increase to three days upon turning three years old.
5. I understand that fees must be paid from the date of availability of a place once I confirm my child’s enrolment.
6. I understand that Montessori Academy allocates positions in accordance with internal policies including, but not limited to, the child’s age, classroom availability, government requirements, sibling preferences, and enrolment terms and conditions.
7. I understand that the centre fees quoted may change prior to my child’s commencement date at the centre.
8. I understand that as of January 2018 children who are unvaccinated due to their parent’s conscientious objection can no longer be enrolled in childcare.
9. I understand that New Centre opening dates and enrolment positions are subject to Service Approval from the Department of Education.
10. I consent to receiving communications from Montessori Academy in accordance to their Privacy Policy.
11. Our Family Care Team may touch base bi-annually regarding your child’s waitlist. Where families are continually unresponsive, or we are unable to get in touch with you, Montessori Academy reserves the right to remove your child from the waitlist.

By registering to attend a Montessori Academy event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Privacy
   • By registering, you confirm your interest in Montessori Academy services and consent to your personal information being collected, stored, and used in accordance with Montessori Academy’s Privacy Policy. This includes being added to our database and receiving communications regarding enrolment, services, and events.
2. Ticketing and Entry
   • A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the campus. Montessori Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel tickets prior to the event or deny entry to any individual,  including but not limited to:
3. Supervision and Behaviour
   • All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent/guardian aged 18 years or older.
   • All guests must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. Unsafe, offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour, or any conduct that interferes with the enjoyment or safety of others, may result in removal from the premises and/or a ban from future events.
4. Risk, Liability and Property
   • Guests enter the campus and use its facilities at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montessori Academy is not liable for injury, death, theft, loss, or damage to any person or personal property while attending the event.
5. Photography, Media and Recording
   • By attending, guests consent to their likeness being captured and used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to Montessori Academy’s website, social media, print materials, and affiliated businesses, without compensation.
   • The use of video, camera, or other recording equipment by guests is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from Montessori Academy.
6. Security and Inspection:
   • Bags, prams, and personal items may be subject to inspection by Montessori Academy staff at any time for safety and security purposes.

To give families the greatest opportunity of securing a future enrolment at a Montessori Academy opening soon near you, families may join the Early Bird Waitlist ahead of the centre opening for free (normally $50).

To enter Montessori Academy’s monthly feedback survey giveaway, participants must complete one or more of the following: (1) Tour Feedback Survey, (2) Orientation Experience Survey, (3) Lost Opportunity Feedback Survey, or (4) NQS Feedback Survey.

1. This feedback survey promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18+, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies.
2. The promotion period occurs once per month and runs from the first day of the given month 12:01AM AEST until the last day of the given month at 11:59PM AEST.
3. One (1) monthly winner will be selected at random, cross checked against our customer database (to verify eligibility) and notified via email.
4. The winner must acknowledge acceptance of their prize within one (1) week of the email notification, or a new winner will be re-drawn.
5. The winner will receive a $100 virtual Visa or Mastercard gift card as nominated by Montessori Academy.
6. The prize is non-transferable, and the winner assumes all liability for events that may arise in any way out of the promotion.
7. The Promoter will not disclose your personal information to third parties except for prize suppliers or contractors as required.
8. This promotion first commenced on 1st September 2020.
9. Montessori Academy reserves the right to amend or cease this promotion at our discretion.
