What is Montessori?

Montessori is a holistic approach to education that is scientifically based on how children learn during early childhood. It focuses on educating the whole child through hands-on experiences with specially designed Montessori materials in a prepared environment. Developed by Dr Maria Montessori over 100 years ago, this proven method fosters strong academic foundations, social skills, and overall wellbeing.

Our Programs

Montessori Academy’s education programs support children’s learning and development as they progress from birth through to primary school. Using hands-on Montessori materials, children explore key concepts in Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, and Culture. Each child is guided with care and intention by trained educators in a thoughtfully prepared environment.
