Located in Queanbeyan West at 57 Tharwa Road, our long daycare centre has proudly supported local families since 2021 and is one of our trusted childcare centres in NSW. Our experienced Montessori-trained educators are passionate about fostering curiosity and confidence through discovery-based learning, tailored to each child’s unique journey.
Where Each Child Thrives
Our bright, purpose-built centre features seven spacious Montessori classrooms with cozy reading nooks and full sets of authentic Montessori materials, welcoming children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Outside, two well-equipped play areas provide ample space for exploration, featuring gardens, sandpits, climbing equipment, and more to encourage gross motor skills and inspire learning through exploration.
Queanbeyan Montessori Academy is fully accredited and follows the National Quality Framework, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards in safety, health, and educational programming. We work closely with parents to nurture each child’s love of learning, preparing them for a confident start to school and beyond.

On Saturday 14th February, Montessori Academy celebrated the grand opening of their new Gregory Hills Childcare and Early Learning Centre at 87 Lasso Road, Gregory Hills NSW 2557. The much-anticipated event brought together local families, educators and community leaders to mark the opening of this beautiful new early learning centre. More than 400 guests attended the Gregory Hills Childcare Grand Opening, enjoying the centre’s thoughtfully designed Montessori learning environments. Families explored brand-new classrooms tailored for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, with practical life activity stations, sensory experiences and hands-on learning materials that nurture independence and confidence.
