About Our Gungahlin Childcare centre
Montessori Academy’s Gungahlin childcare centre is one of our trusted childcare centres in Canberra, conveniently located on Level One of the Big W Building in Gungahlin Marketplace at 33 Hibberson Street, Gungahlin ACT 2912. Our Gungahlin childcare centre for ages 0-6 offers nutritious catered meals, nappies and wipes, is sun-safe, allergy aware, and is open long daycare hours from 7:30am – 6:00pm on Monday to Friday.
Featuring a contemporary single-story design, our childcare centre in Gungahlin offers five spacious Montessori classrooms for children aged six weeks to six years. Each classroom is filled with unique educational materials that connect with children’s interests and needs at each stage of development to provide them with the optimal environment for learning.
A Nurturing Space for Growth, Play, and Discovery
At our Gungahlin childcare centre, learning extends beyond the classroom with four outdoor play areas designed for exploration and connection with nature. For children 0-2 years, spaces include gardens, sandpits, climbing equipment, and water play, perfect for discovery and movement.
Children aged 2-6 enjoy a fort, rock climbing wall, bike track, dress-ups, and more to inspire active play and imagination.
