Queanbeyan Montessori Academy opening Mid-2021
Montessori Academy Childcare Group is gearing up to open their first Montessori long day care in the Queanbeyan-Palerang region. Queanbeyan Montessori Academy will join the vibrant Queanbeyan-Palerang community from Mid-2021*, offering outstanding Montessori early education programs to children aged 0 to 6 years.
Located at 57 Tharwa Road, Queanbeyan West NSW 2620, Queanbeyan Montessori Academy showcases seven spacious Montessori classrooms and two magnificent outdoor play areas. The beautiful facilities are designed to inspire a life-long love for learning and support children’s holistic development in preparation for school and life.
With the increasing demand for high-quality early education programs across Australia, Montessori Academy director Colette Assaf shares: “It is an honour to nurture and guide generations of thought-leaders to come. We’re so excited to bring Montessori early education to the Queanbeyan-Palerang community and partner with families to raise bright, confident, and independent children.”
Queanbeyan Montessori Academy offers an alternative to play-based early learning that is inspired by freedom of choice. In a Montessori classroom, children are actively involved in directing their own learning process. They choose their own intuitive Montessori activities, follow their interests, and learn at their own pace to develop complete academic and well-being foundations.
The Queanbeyan campus internal fit-out is now complete and the service anticipates to welcome new team members and families for tours from May-2021. The early learning centre is currently recruiting passionate and experienced early childhood educators to join our Queanbeyan early learning community.
