On Saturday 12th April, Montessori Academy celebrated the grand opening of their new Panania Childcare and Early Learning Centre. Montessori Academy’s East Hills childcare and preschool in Panania welcomed local families and community leaders for a fun-filled celebration, showcasing the centre’s commitment to quality early education and care.
The grand opening of Montessori Academy’s purpose-built childcare and preschool in Panania was a vibrant celebration of early learning, drawing over 600 local guests. This exciting event offered families a first-hand look at our state-of-the-art early learning environment, designed to support children from infancy through to preschool.
Guests had the opportunity to explore beautifully prepared Montessori classrooms, where children engaged in hands-on activities including practical life stations, sensory play, and skill-based learning. These Montessori activities are designed to nurture independence, spark curiosity, and support each child’s unique learning journey.
As part of the festivities, families enjoyed fresh pizza baked onsite, colourful face painting, ice-cream, and warm conversations with our passionate educators. The event was a true celebration of community, learning, and fun.
We were honoured to welcome special guests including MP Kylie Wilkinson Member for East Hills, Councillor David Walsh, and Father Charbel Abboud, whose presence highlighted the importance of quality childcare and preschool options for families in Panania.
