Montessori Academy’s Earlwood child care centre is just three weeks away from completion of construction.
Due to minor project delays, the campus is on track to open in March 2017. The exact date of opening will be determined by the Department of Education.
As a result, construction is currently in the final stages, with the team finishing off the flooring, joinery and clean up.
Key construction updates for our Earlwood child care centre include:
• Walls, doors, windows and joinery complete
• Shark tank installation complete
• Bathrooms and kitchen 90% complete
• Pirate ship outdoor play area 90% complete
• Gardens and landscaping 80% complete
Following completion of construction, Montessori Academy’s Centre Set Up Team will go to work on preparing the campus for our new students. This process includes classroom lay-out, outdoor set up, and final inspections.
With just weeks to go, our Earlwood team are busy preparing for their new students. They are also completing their Montessori training at our established child care centres.
We look forward to inviting our families to tour the campus, and hosting our official Grand Opening celebration.
It is likely that Earlwood Montessori Academy will host a Grand Opening celebration in late March.

Especially outstanding, is the centre’s marvelous pirate ship play area. The pirate ship is located in the centre of the building to allow for both dry and wet weather play.
In addition, our Earlwood child care campus boasts a huge shark tank, which is soon the filled with exotic sea creatures. These unique features are sure to be a favourite for students and parents alike.
