Construction Begins at Oran Park Montessori Academy

To meet the early education needs created by the rapid population growth in South-West Sydney, Montessori Academy is thrilled to announce that construction begun in early December at our newest campus at Oran Park, which will cater for 90 students.

Located at 102 Oran Park Drive, Oran Park, the Montessori Academy child care centre is expected to open in late 2018, and will bring its comprehensive Montessori curriculum to this expanding area of Sydney.

The state-of-the-art early learning campus will accept children aged six weeks to six years old. Designed by Liskowski Architects, the five classrooms and two outdoor environments will be equip with Montessori and educational materials which will meet and challenge the development needs of each age group.

Throughout the project, Montessori Academy will be partnering with Verity Construction to ensure Oran Park exceeds government regulations for early childhood centres, creating a safe and secure campus for all students and staff.

Director of Montessori Academy, Colette Assaf, is excited to bring Montessori education to this growing region of Sydney.

“Montessori education helps young children reach their full-potential through its holistic and engaging curriculum. The educational program champions independence, sensorial learning, and practical skills, which are a priority skill set, for 21st century children,” Colette Assaf said.

“Montessori Academy is eager to partner with local Oran Park families to help guide their little one’s learning journey, becoming a natural extension of their home life, and a support network for those crucial first years of life!”

Once classes begin, Oran Park Montessori Academy will be open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6pm each day. The South-West based campus will join the family of 26 Montessori Academy campuses in Sydney.
