Leichhardt Childcare & Early Learning Centre

Our Leichhardt childcare centre is conveniently located in the hub of Sydney’s Italian community at 67 Norton St, Leichhardt NSW 2040. The Montessori preschool and early learning centre for ages six weeks to six years offers nutritious catered meals, nappies and wipes, is sun-safe, allergy aware, and has safe drop-off and pick-up parking available in front of the centre.

Featuring a modern two-story design, our daycare centre in Leichhardt offers five spacious Montessori classrooms for children aged six weeks to six years. Each classroom is filled with unique educational materials that connect with children’s interests and needs at each stage of development to provide them with the optimal environment for learning.

About Leichhardt

Beyond the classroom, our Leichhardt childcare centre offers three exciting outdoor play spaces enriched with a range of gross motor activities to inspire learning through exploration. The 0-2 outdoor spaces feature gardens, two sandpits, climbing equipment, mud kitchen, soft spaces, slide, cubby house, water play, and plenty of room to crawl, walk, and run. In the 2-6 outdoor spaces, children have access to a slide, play equipment, rock climbing wedge, climbing frame, bikes, dramatic play corner, dress ups, sandpit, gardens, water play, plus so much more.

The team at Leichhardt Montessori Academy are passionate Montessori educators who personalise the curriculum to suit each child. They observe children’s interests, direct them towards activities suited to their stage of development, and create a positive atmosphere for learning that allows children to discover learning outcomes in their own time.
