I bring more than 10 years of experience in early childhood education, including 5 years in leadership and management roles. Leading the Condell Park team is something I take great pride in, especially because strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and educators are at the heart of how we create a meaningful early learning experience.
My approach is centred on putting children first. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and understood as an individual. By being patient, flexible, and responsive, I support children to build independence, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging at their own pace.
At Condell Park Montessori Academy, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment that feels like a second home. Through the Montessori approach, children are encouraged to become capable, curious, and active participants in their own learning journey, while developing care for themselves, others, and the world around them.
