Montessori Academy celebrates the Grand Opening of their new childcare in Chatswood NSW 2067
Chatswood Montessori Academy Childcare & Preschool recently held its grand opening event, which was a resounding success. Located at 821 Pacific Highway, Chatswood NSW 2067, the new childcare centre is designed to provide high-quality education and care to children aged six weeks to six years.
The grand opening event on Saturday 18th March 2023 was a fun-filled day for both children and parents. There was plenty of entertainment on offer, including a Kindifarm petting zoo, BBQ, face painting, balloon twisting, and Happy Feet Fitness. The Kindifarm petting zoo was a particular highlight of the day, as children were able to interact with a variety of farm animals, including lambs, goats, rabbits, and chickens. The animals were gentle and friendly, and the children enjoyed feeding and patting them.
The BBQ was also a hit, with plenty of delicious food on offer. Parents and children enjoyed a sausage sizzle and an assortment of pastries along with cold drinks and snacks. The face painting and balloon twisting stations were also popular, with many children lining up to have their faces painted with their favourite designs and to receive their very own balloon animals.
Happy Feet Fitness was another popular activity on the day. This program is designed to promote physical fitness and encourage children to be active through music, dance, and movement. The children enjoyed dancing and moving to the music, and the Happy Feet Fitness instructors were great at keeping them engaged and energised. Happy Feet is an extracurricular activity offered across many Montessori Academy childcare centres in Australia.
Throughout the day, parents had the opportunity to tour the new childcare centre and meet the staff. They were impressed with the facilities, which include spacious and bright play areas, equipped Montessori classrooms, an outdoor playground, and a vegetable garden.
