Montessori Academy celebrates the opening of their 3rd childcare centre in the Fairfield City region
On Saturday, March 16th, 2024, the Fairfield City community came together to celebrate the grand opening of Bossley Park’s new Montessori Academy childcare and preschool, marking the beginning of an exciting journey towards nurturing and educating the next generation!
With special guests from the council, an adorable animal farm, a delightful gelato cart, and more, the day was filled with joy, laughter, and a shared sense of community spirit.
The opening ceremony kicked off with a warm welcome from Montessori Academy’s founder and director Colette Assaf.
“Children are our future, and we’re humbled by the opportunity and trust to educate and care for your children”, she expressed.
The event was also attended by local council members including Mayor Frank Carbone, Clr Dai Le Member for Fowler, Clr Marie Saliba, Clr Michael Mijatovic, Clr Reni Barkho, and Fr Charbel Abboud, who expressed their support for this important addition to our neighbourhood. Their presence underscored the significance of investing in early childhood education and the positive impact it can have on our community’s future.
One of the highlights of the day was the enchanting animal farm that captured the hearts of both children and adults alike. From fluffy bunnies to gentle lambs, the farm provided a hands-on learning experience, fostering a deeper connection with nature and instilling a love for animals in our little ones.
As the day unfolded, the tantalising aroma of freshly made pizza filled the air, while families also enjoyed gelato. It was the perfect treat on a vibrant day, bringing smiles to faces and adding a delicious touch to the festivities.
Throughout the event, families had the opportunity to explore the state-of-the-art facilities of the childcare centre, guided by passionate educators who shared their vision for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
