The Montessori preschool and early learning centre for ages six weeks to six years offers nutritious catered meals, is sun-safe, allergy aware, and has safe drop-off and pick-up parking.
Featuring a contemporary single-story design, our childcare centre in Lane Cove offers three spacious Montessori classrooms for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Each classroom is filled with unique educational materials that connect with children’s interests and needs at each stage of development to provide them with the optimal environment for learning.
About Lane Cove
Beyond the classroom, are two exciting outdoor play spaces enriched with a range of gross motor activities to inspire learning through exploration. The 0-2 outdoor spaces feature gardens, a sandpit, climbing equipment, mud kitchen, soft spaces, slide, teepee, water play, and plenty of room to crawl, walk, and run. In the 2-6 outdoor spaces, children have access to a climbing wall, cubby house, climbing equipment, slide, bike track, dramatic play corner, dress ups, sandpit, gardens, water play, plus so much more.
The team at Lane Cove Montessori Academy are passionate Montessori educators who personalise the curriculum to suit each child. They observe children’s interests, direct them towards activities suited to their stage of development, and create a positive atmosphere for learning that allows children to discover learning outcomes in their own time.

Introducing HC, Centre Manager at Lane Cove Stokes Street Montessori Academy.
Originally from Norway and with a background in psychology, HC has immersed herself in the Montessori philosophy, advancing from a trainee to Educational Leader, and now Centre Manager with Montessori Academy. She strongly believes Montessori education offers meaningful growth for both children and educators.
