Montessori Academy is pleased to announce the appointment of Chaitra Ravishankra to the role of Customer Support Team Leader.
Chaitra Ravishankar has more than eight years’ experience in customer service and technical support across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Montessori Academy, Chaitra worked as an IT Systems Analyst in New Zealand for four years.
She then moved to Australia in 2010, and began working for Nexon Asia Pacific as a Resource Coordinator for two years, and then later as a Service Desk Team Leader for three years. Chaitra studied a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology at the University of Auckland.
With her extensive experience in customer service, project delivery, customer relationship management, and team management, Chaitra brings with her a fresh perspective on family and customer support services. The Administration and Customer Service Team will be reporting to Chaitra.
Chaitra is eager to get started on enhancing the way Montessori Academy communicates with current and prospective families, and to improve Montessori Academy’s overall customer service experience. Chaitra will be working part time, three days per week.
