Montessori Academy is pleased to announce that Manjula Ganeshalingam has been appointed to the role of Area Manager for Burwood, Leichhardt and Auburn.

Manjula Ganeshalingam has worked for Montessori Academy for eight years, and brings with her 19 years of experience in the early childhood education industry.

She previously held the position of Nominated Supervisor at Burwood Montessori Academy.

General Manager for Centre Operations, Meray Parsons, said: “Manjula is one of our most senior staff members, who over many years, has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes at the centres she has managed.

“I greatly look forward to seeing how she continues to develop our centres and our staff in her new role as Area Manager,” said Meray.

Manjula is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (Birth to Five Years) with a Bachelor of Education from Charles Sturt University.

She also holds a Montessori Diploma for Educational Research and Development Studies, and has studied
Rudolf Steiner Early Childhood Education at Parsifal College.

In terms of her new role, Manjula is most excited about the challenges and opportunities she will face while working with the families and staff at Auburn, Burwood and Leichhardt.

“I am greatly looking forward to meeting the families at my new centres, while continuing to work with a great team of educators.

“I believe that this new role will be a fantastic opportunity for our students, staff, and myself to learn and grow together,” Manjula said.
